Judgment reserved in rape-cum-murder case appeal

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has reserved its judgment on the appeal of former bus driver Hanafi Mat Hassan, 34, who was sentenced to death for the rape and murder of 24-year-old computer engineer Noor Suzaily Mukhtar five years ago. 

Justices Richard Malanjum, Hashim Mohd Yusoff and S. Augustine Paul said they would deliver a decision at a date to be fixed later.
