PENANG: Queensbay Mall, formerly the proposed Bayan Mall project that was abandoned for eight years, will now be completed in December, seven months ahead of schedule.
“Last October, when the Chief Minister launched the (revived) project (renamed Queensbay Mall), I promised that we would complete it ahead of schedule,” CP Group executive chairman Tan Chew Piau said.
