AirAsia to refund airport tax on unused tickets

KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia passengers who did not board their flights will be refunded on airport tax but not on fuel surcharge. 

“AirAsia is a low-cost airline and the bulk of its ticket sales are purchased online, some for even 11 months ahead of the travelling date.
