PUTRAJAYA: The six national key result areas (KRAs) the Government will focus on improving were determined based on public feedback, opinion polls and media reports on issues of public concern, said Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon.
The Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department said the KRAs were also based on views raised by the people during Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Najib Tun Razak’s walkabouts and interaction with the public.
