KUALA LUMPUR: Self-made businessman T. Mohan secured 321 votes to win the MIC Youth post beating his rival S.P. Muthu Veloo by a 173-vote majority.
Muthu Veloo, who is the nephew of MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu only managed to receive 148 votes.
