GEORGE TOWN: Work on the RM63mil Federal Government project to upgrade the Penang Hill funicular railway service will begin after Chinese New Year next year.
Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen said there would not be any train service from the start of the project until its completion at the end of next year.
