KOTA BARU: The weak structure of a retaining wall has been identified as the reason for a car to plunge from the third floor car park of the KB Mall shopping mall, killing two and injuring two others.
Kelantan police chief SAC I Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi said if the 1.8m wall had been built using bricks and reinforced steel, it would be impossible for the structure to give way like what had happened on Sunday.
