AN Independent MP has urged his fellow MPs to be realistic about the pervasiveness of sports betting and to stop politicising the issue.
“Football betting has existed for a long time and will continue as long as football remains popular,” Wee Choo Keong (Ind-Wangsa Maju) told the Dewan Rakyat during the debate on the 10th Malaysia Plan.
