A NINE-YEAR-OLD girl is studying together with adults at a night school in Teluk Intan because her Malaysian father and Thai mother did not register their marriage in the country, Sin Chew Daily reported.
The child, Chen Wen Wen, is attending classes at the Chung Chen Public Free Night School together with nine other classmates.
