CYBERJAYA: Most amendments to the Road Transport Act 1987 (RTA) will come into force beginning Feb 1, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha.
Kong said some amendments like those related to fully electric cars would come later as certain technical issues need to be ironed out.
