KUALA LUMPUR: The managing director of a gold dinar trading company claimed trial at a Sessions Court here to a charge of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving RM3.06mil.
Datuk Dr Shamsudeen Mohd Yunos of IGD Practice Sdn Bhd, 49, pleaded not guilty before judge S.M. Komathy Suppiah for allegedly committing CBT on the money that belonged to the company.
