PUTRAJAYA: Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Maximus Ongkili will chair the parliamentary select committee which will look into ways to improve the country's electoral system.
Dr Ongkili, who is Kota Marudu MP, is representing Sabah and the Kadazan community.
