KUALA LUMPUR: The selection of judges for promotion is carried out based on a variety of judicial expertise and legal knowledge irrespective of their ethnic background.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz said the selection was based on Judicial Appointments Commission criteria.
