THE withdrawal of the Election Offences (Amendments) Bill 2012 will not affect the use of indelible ink in the next general election, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz told the House.
“Except for postal voters, indelible ink will be used on all voters casting their ballots earlier or on polling day,” he said to a question from Sim Tong Him (DAP-Kota Melaka) who sought clarification on the use of indelible ink following the withdrawal of the Bill last month.
