A GROUP of teenagers in Lumut doused a 13-year-old boy with petrol and set him alight after he spotted them playing with fire, reported Harian Metro.
Mohd Hishamudin Ali said he was walking home after terawih prayers when he came across the group, adding that he had seen them many times before.
