KUALA LUMPUR: Kampung Kasipillay in Jalan Ipoh here were among several areas hit by flash floods on Tuesday afternoon following continuous heavy rain.
A resident, H.D. Shan said heavy rain started at about 1.30pm and water had entered their homes at about 4.30pm.
