SHAH ALAM: The High Court here has rejected both Sabak Bernam MP Datuk Abdul Rahman Bakri’s and his aide Rosli Busro’s appeals against their convictions for making false claims involving RM80,000.

They will have to serve their six-year jail sentences and pay a RM400,000 fine after Judge Datuk Akhtar Tahir upheld a decision by the Sessions Court which had found them guilty on eight counts of making false claims.
