SHAH ALAM: The fourth accused in the murder trial of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and her three aides who testified that his employer was present on the day of the alleged murders has lodged a police report over his family's safety.
Deputy public prosecutor Ishak Mohd Yusoff informed Justice Akhtar Tahir of the police report lodged by R. Kathavarayan, 32, after lead defence counsel Manjeet Singh Dhillon pointed out a heavier than usual police presence at the High Court Tuesday.
