THE about-turn by Selangor state executive councillor Dr Xavier Jayakumar on the demolition of a Hindu altar in Taman Seroja in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi was highlighted by Tamil Nesan.
He said the enforcement officials of the Sepang Municipal Council had acted without obtaining the permission of their council president.
