SEREMBAN: The NSCMH Medical Centre which was first set up as the Negri Sembilan Chinese Maternity Hospital here with a history dating back to 1932 has entered a new chapter with the naming of a block after the father of philantropist Tan Sri Vincent Tan.
Tan's mother, 86-year-old Low Siew Beng, was all smiles yesterday when she cut a ribbon to officially open the Tan Lam Hui Block, formerly known as Block C.
