KOTA KINABALU: Soon after his arrival in Sabah in 1992, a Pakistani national paid RM330 to a “friend” for a Malaysian identity card.
Testifying to the Royal Commission of Inquiry here, Parvez Khan Husseain Khan spoke of how he had come to Sabah that year with a Pakistani passport to work as a waiter.
