Investor files suit against businessman


SHAH ALAM: A Singapore investor has filed a suit against a businessman for alleged breach of undertaking over a share deal two years ago.

High Court Registrar Maizatul Munirah Abdul Rahman fixed June 18 for case management to hear the defendant Datuk Clement Tan Wei Loon’s application, which was filed on April 30 to set aside the judgment in default dated Dec 20, 2012.
