KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has dismissed an application by a Hindu temple association to become an intervenor in a suit by Menara Hup Seng Sdn Bhd against the City Hall mayor.
Justice V.T. Singham held that Persatuan Penganut Sri Muneswarar Kaliyaman as a squatter had no legal right to be an intervenor in the proceedings.
