THE Election Commission isn’t the one that fixed the amount of silver nitrate to be used in the indelible ink for the 13th general election, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim.
He said the EC’s standard operating procedure did not state the percentage of the chemicals to be used.
