PETALING JAYA: Netizens are up in arms after an email, allegedly from Port Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) management to its staff, revealed it had hired a contractor to shoot dogs at "certain hotspots in and around PTP".
Shared on Facebook earlier this week by animal rights group Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better (MDDB), the email states that the culling exercise would take place from July 29 to July 31.
