“We have received information that children as young as 15 years old are joining gangs,” he told a press conference on Friday.
He said there had been cases if gang members gathering outside schools to entice students to join them but the efforts were thwarted by Parent Teacher Association,” he said adding that, so far, no politicians or celebrities had been found to be linked to gangs.
