KUALA LUMPUR: DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang is suing publisher Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd for allegedly implying he manipulated the DAP central executive committee (CEC) election.
The Gelang Patah MP said that Utusan defamed him in its newspaper Mingguan Malaysia dated Aug 18 in an article entitled "Kit Siang manipulasi CEC? (Did Kit Siang manipulate CEC?)" which implied he was untrustworthy and had achieved his political success in a dubious manner.
