PETALING JAYA: The teacher who made her students wear bells around their neck and offered them grass to eat for not completing their homework will be issued a stern warning and transferred to another school.
The Education Ministry said the warning letter would be issued as the teacher had acted “in an extreme manner” to punish the students.
