Investigation into Teresa Kok's CNY video started, say cops


KUALA LUMPUR: Police have opened an investigation paper on Teresa Kok regarding her Chinese New Year video clip, which is alleged to contain elements which can cause fear or alarm among the public.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Mohmad Salleh said Kok was being investigated under Section 505 (B) of the Penal Code and Section 233 (1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act for allegedly making statements that insulted the nation's leaders.
