Two-week closure of right-most lanes of Sprint Highway/Jalan Semantan

KUALA LUMPUR: The right-most lanes of Sprint Highway/ Jalan Semantan, in both directions, will be closed for two weeks starting Saturday, to facilitate the construction of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT).

MRT Corporation (MRT Corp) said the closure is necessary for hacking works of Sprint median concrete barrier for the construction of MRT pier and preparation for launching work.

During the closure, two lanes will be made available for motorists on both KL and Petaling Jaya-bound. The 200-meter closure stretches from opposite Menara HP to Wisma UN building for KL-bound.

For Petaling Jaya-bound, the closure will be after Jalan Damansara Endah junction until before the junction underneath the flyover.
