KOTA KINABALU: The 1Bestari virtual teaching and learning programme is being implemented in over 90% of rural and urban schools in the state, said State Education Department director Datuk Jame Alip.
“Students in rural areas are enjoying better 4G Internet connectivity and a safer learning environment within schools with the 1Bestari programme by the department and YTL Communications,” he said.
