TNB fined in squatter land trial Firm found to have suppressed evidence


JOHOR BARU: Tenaga Nasional Bhd has been slapped with a RM100,000 fine by a High Court here for suppressing material evidence in an ongoing squatter land trial.

Also found guilty of contempt of court was Ahmad Rustami Ramley, a land surveyor hired by TNB.
