Bukit Gelugor by-election: Voting gets under way


GEORGE TOWN: The Bukit Gelugor by-election got off to a slow start, according to Election Com­mission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof on Sunday. 

As of 9am, he said only 8.62% or 7,112 voters cast their votes in all 17 polling stations.
