KOTA BARU: The woman who whipped up a furore after a video of her flogging the alleged rapist of her 13-year-old daughter went viral over the Internet has been arrested. The 38-year-old woman was detained along her with husband, 40, and son, 22.
State CID chief Asst Comm Lai Yong Heng said all three were arrested at their home in Kampung Gong Bayor, Kampung Raja, Terengganu, at 9pm.
