KOTA KINABALU: Three young women had a lucky escape when the vehicle they were travelling in plunged into a monsoon drain near the RTM building not far from the state capital.

The trio, all in their 20s, were believed to be heading for an early breakfast when the incident happened at about 7am on Wednesday.
