KOTA KINABALU: A long-term flood mitigation plan is on the cards as a lasting solution for the state capital’s perennial problem.
The Greater Kota Kinabalu Flood Prevention plan will be ready in two years, said assistant state Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Yong Oui Fah.
