PETALING JAYA: School bus operators have been warned not to fix their fee structures collectively because price fixing is against the law, says Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) chairman Tan Sri Siti Norma Yaakob.
She advised operators to set their fares independently and avoid price fixing as it would contravene Section 4 of the Competition Act.
