BUKIT MERTAJAM: A 30-year-old woman, who allegedly belted her five-year-old son for being naughty and refusing to study, now faces the grim prospect of being sent to the gallows for the boy’s death.

T. Gayathry is accused of murdering little S. Kaviarasan, whose body was found dumped at an oil palm estate in Bukit Tengah here.
