KUALA LUMPUR: The defence in the court martial of Royal Malaysian Air Force Mej Zaidi Ahmad (pic) has alleged that the head of the presiding panel was biased and called for the court to be dissolved.

Lead panel member Col Saadon Hasnan lost his temper when the defence tried to submit an exhibit which it said showed that he was biased against Mej Zaidi, who is accused of circulating information on the ineffectiveness of the indelible ink used in the 13th general election.
