Khang showcases passion for stamp design at first-ever exhibition in country

Massive collection: The Kuala Lumpur World Youth Stamp Exhibition at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre has more than a million stamps from 46 countries on display.

KUALA LUMPUR: Designing stamps can be a challenging task on account of their tiny size, but great designs can still emerge when one approaches it with passion, said stamp designer Peter Khang Howe Ket (pic).

Khang, 63, who worked as an illustrator for an advertising firm, designed more than 12 series of Malaysian stamps between 1983 and 1997.
