PUTRAJAYA: Visa requirement for Chinese tourists is likely to be removed instead of the earlier plan to merely waive the fee of 80 yuan (RM46).
Yesterday, the Cabinet instructed both the Tourism and Culture and Home ministries to prepare papers on the possibility of abolishing the visa requirement.
