Steven Thiru is new Malaysian Bar president

KUALA LUMPUR: Steven Thiru has been elected as the Malaysian Bar president for the 2015/2016 term, replacing Christopher Leong who has completed serving the maximum two terms.

Thiru is joined by George Varughese who was elected as the new vice-president at the 69th Malaysian Bar Annual General Meeting here, Saturday.
