Nurul Izzah detained under Sedition Act


PETALING JAYA: Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar (pic) has been arrested under the Sedition Act for allegedly making a seditious remark in a speech in Parliament last Tuesday.

The PKR vice-president was detained at the Dang Wangi police station on Monday at 3.30pm, soon after appearing at the station to give her statement on the March 7 “Kita Lawan” rally.
