LANGKAWI: China must declare its intentions behind the Maritime Silk Road’s (MSR) US$40bil (RM148bil) fund, said Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein.

The MSR, he said, had raised questions in the minds of many in the region.
