Penang Harmony Street walk lauded


PETALING JAYA: The “Harmony Street” walk in Penang to symbolise that Malaysia is a land of religious harmony has continued to gain attention from academics and activists.

“It displayed cohesion as an everyday experience,” said Datuk Dr Denison Jayasooria, principal research fellow for UKM’s Institute of Ethnic Studies.
