GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Joint Chambers of Commerce (PJCC) has offered itself as a bridge between the state and Federal governments “to initiate the third wave of economic growth” in Penang.
PJCC chairman Rizal Faris Mohideen said the body would play a role as the mediator and facilitator between George Town and Kuala Lumpur.
