Ex-CJ Dzaiddin: Police force won't change in my lifetime


KUALA LUMPUR: A former Chief Justice believes he will not see any change for the better in the police in his lifetime. 

Tun Mohamed Dzaiddin Abdullah said this as he renewed his call for the setting up of Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) - which he mooted a decade ago.
