SHAH ALAM: The Selangor government has apologised to the two women asked by a security guard to wear a sarong before entering the State Secretariat building on Monday.
State secretary Datuk Mohammed Khusrin Munawi said the state had never issued such a ruling and the security guard had been given a stern warning.
