Thai police: Xavier Justo paid over RM15mil to leave PetroSaudi

PETALING JAYA: Former PetroSaudi exec Xavier Justo was paid the equivalent of 140mil baht (RM15.51mil) to leave the company after he was found to have “behaved against the company’s rules and regulations,” said Pol Col Akaradech Pimonsri, acting commander of the Royal Thai Police’s Crime Suppression Division.

Pimonsri is quoted in Thailand’s Bangkok Post as saying that Justo, 49, later demanded another 90mil baht (RM9.98mil) from the company in exchange for not disclosing confidential information to rival companies.
