KUALA LUMPUR: BTC Clothier Sdn Bhd founder Liew Yam Ngoon testified in a High Court here that Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd’s action against the company is disappointing, giving the impression that it was discriminating against Malaysian brands.
This was despite BTC Clothier’s store BritishIndia having international standing and appeal, said Liew, 64.
